When the going gets tough, the music is always there to keep our spirits up! This week’s Beat Latino is inspired by Gaby Moreno’s new song — “The Fire Inside”. It’s a selection of songs to uplift and encourage you to shine your light no matter what! I also share part of an interview with amazing singer-songwriter Rozalén, from Spain (as well some of her beautiful songs), which is just a fraction of a fascinating conversation we had during the Latin Alternative Music Conference (held virtually this year). She has a beautiful perspective on music and healing — as might befit an artist who also has a Master’s in Music Therapy. Enjoy, and let your light shine on!
